Since graduating from the College of Massage Therapy in Ontario, I have continued to learn and develop my skills. I have a vast-background with lots of experience in the health care field and tap very easily into these skills to add that little extra to your recovery. Trained in therapeutic and relaxation, I customize each treatment to meet my clients needs. I do prefer a deeper type of massage with the addition of stretching. This gives a full body approach to the session and increases over all muscle health and wellness. I am also qualified in Facials, Indie Head Massage, and Reiki; Footcare and TMJ treatment will be added in the future.

I continue to learn as I build my business and welcome all to come to Inner Peace Health & Wellness Windsor for all their muscle health goals.
